I've seen more prototypical hinges on several builds but can not find ference to them so far. Does anyone make/have these at this time?

2025 ARMORTEK KIT SURVEY
Over the last few years we have brought out a whole series of kits as a direct result of your feedback - kits like the Pershing, JagdPanther, Hetzer, Leopard 2A4, and more recently the Sd Kfz 7, 88mm Flak 36 and the upcoming Challenger 2.

Hi Lawrence,
Bob Morey made a handful of sets of his beautifully machined hinges. Try PM-ing him to see if he has any, or maybe can make another small run of them. Used them on my Panther and they looked, and worked, perfectly.
