2025 ARMORTEK KIT SURVEY

Over the last few years we have brought out a whole series of kits as a direct result of your feedback - kits like the Pershing, JagdPanther, Hetzer, Leopard 2A4, and more recently the Sd Kfz 7, 88mm Flak 36 and the upcoming Challenger 2.

So, in keeping with what has become and annual tradition, here is your opportunity to once again influence our future production plans.

We have added in some "guide pricing" next to the names of the models. This is a rough estimate of the price at the current rates.

Thanks in advance for your input and we look forward to the results.

Hi John
I spoke with Gill a year or two ago about the canopy and was told that they were made by a lady locally who no longer makes them.
I did do quite a lot of research on the internet and a few specialist books from Russell of Barbarossa books but sadly I did not come up with much that would help making a DIY canopy or the frame for that matter .
There must be information out there just not found it yet.
There were some not bad photos I saw on one or two build blogs/gallery but that was on the old photo gallery not sure if they are on the new one.
Colin Fairweather rings a bell it may be worth contacting him I’m sure he has made one.
Please let me know how you get on.
Good luck and all the best mate.

Steve

Jeff Goff made his own canopy for his halftrack.

If you search for "canopy" in this section you'll find a few posts, including one from Tim showing a few war time pictures.

Thanks for the feedback, I have ordered a canopy from amortek and have received the frame and I'm just waiting for the canopy itself. I just wanted to know if someone had one of these rarities or a picture. l would like to think the detail will be great, tailored with small stitching, good edging and a small rear window flap.
