On a Mid Tiger 1 late 1943 , which way did the snow shovel face east or west ? Dale

Hi Dale,

Since nobody replied I thought I´d help you.

I don´t know about the east or west but it should face this directions;



In the 90´s I was stopping for lunch in a small German town and when walking through the streets I found this, might be useful when detailing the shovel;







It turned out they still use this kind of shovel and it still looks more or less the same, it´s called a Holsteiner Schauffel and comes in different sizes.

Hope it´s of some interest.
