Suggestion for the forum

Hello,
I would like to suggest a small modification/improvement to the forum.

For each sub-forum (i.e. Panther, Tiger, Comet and so on...) to place a "stick post" in the "upper area"or "Announcements" area, open to posts by the fellow modelers. This "stick post" should be used by everyone for posting only reference sources for the specific model.
This would be a great help for everyone, avoiding having to "dig" all the subforum for finding any suggested reference source, that could eventually go unnoticed in the mass of the posts.
