Hello
I bought a smoke unit for my late model tiger and it didn't come with instructions. I have most of it figured out but I don't know where the MATTING goes. Can someone tell where the matting is installed.
Thanks
Bob

Re: Smoke Unit
Contact Gill. She can email the instructions. It goes over the heating element but needs to be shaped.
If interested in any parts used in my builds contact me at johnfitzsimons@msn.com for a price list.

Further to John's advice, it acts as a wick drawing fluid from the reservoir to the element. As John suggests it is shapped around the element tube, I secured mine with a stapler, it does not have to very tight because when all is assembled it has nowhere to go. Remember to orientate the free ends down.
The Armortek instructions say, "Form the matting into an omega shape around the heat tube and stable into place."
