After a couple of years gap, i have finaly got around to doing some work on my 222 and my atempt at a 221. i thought i would try some brass work, i have made door boxes back boxes and rear boxe, as well as light guards, fuel can holders and ammo box holders. i have also made Dave Dibbs excellent german tool holder set up. Daves stuff is brilliant and much easier to made than i thought, i did chicken out and used plastic strip for the pins as i will need a master class from Simon manning before i can solder them together !
These are my first crude atempts.

I have done some more work on my 222, i have added weld lines on this one, but i think i will keep my other one which will be an earlier 221 (hopefuly) smooth, ie the welds were ground down in production. Dave Dibb kindly gave me some six sided strip for small bolts so i have added them as well. hope you like the work.

Since it was 31 degrees here in Salisbury today, i got around to digging the spray gun out, 2 hours cleaning and fiddling around and 10 minutes spraying. Base yellow, boring i know but thats the german coulors.
