Bodo,

Can you give a quick explanation of what you did to the idlers? Bolt sizes would help too.

Thanks,
Brown

After finishing the 222 to 95%, I have continued on the T 34.
I have reworked the rearplate and bended a copper engine hatch.
I have also added copper fueltanks, to show realistic damages.

Hi all,

thank you Phil and Kent for your kind compliments. I only can give them back to you. I have attached some pictures from the fueltanks and the modified gun house. Also I want to ask, if somebody could explain, why the Russians sometimes have painted white stripes on the turret?

Hi Bodo,

More nice photos, thanks :D

The white band round the Russian tank turrets and white cross on the turret roof was only painted in for the final battle of Berlin.
It was an agreement with the Western allied as recognition so their west dashing tanks was not to be mistaken for retreating Germans.

Kind regards
Kent

Hi Bodo

I think you have done excellent detail work! I would like to try to replicate some of your work on my T-34. Do you have any suggestions for reference material or plans for the detail parts you have made? I have books with lots of B&W photos, but no plans.

Thank You
William Lewis

Hi all,

thanks to all for your kind comments about my work. Does anybody know, if the fueldrums have had a direct connecting through the hull to the engine?
