Quick bit of machining required

Post by Adrian Harris »

Would anyone be able to do this machining for me ?

I need a piece of round bar - alu or steel - 34mm in diameter and 256mm
long, ends faced square and an M4 threaded hole in the centre of each end
- 25mm deep should do it.

I have a cunning plan to create the correct profile at the rear of the Firefly but don't have the lathe capacity to test it

Adrian.
