PLAYGROUND

Post by Jan_Donadoni »

Hello everyone!
Hope You all are enjoying the time and having time to run the tanks.
I have a small home, with a little garden covered with grass.
Nice place to play around, but after a few tours the wet ground is giving way and the grass is simply "eradicated".
So my wife is not exactly happy about the whole thing.
Running on hard ground that is paved road is ok, but is vastly consuming the tracks.
The solution would be some dirt /earth ground area. But it takes time to pack the tank on the car, going there, running and going back (also clearing the van of the car from the mud).
How do you solve the problem?
My men can eat their belts, but my tanks have gotta have gas.

This is my bid for the 'Smug Git of The Year' award - I hope that translates well into Italian and that I won't be chucked off the forum...

A few days ago I paid the deposit on a fifty acre woodland (20+ hectares) that is a mile down the road from my house - half way along Hadrian's Wall.

Running the Tiger there is only one of the potential uses. Fuel growing, wildlife encouragement, honey production, basketwork materials growing, tax avoidance/evasion, shooting, cycling, horse riding, BBQ/picnic place, model boat pond...

Any forum users who are within range are welcome to join in too - preferably by arrangement as I wouldn't want any accidents.

Happy New Year to everyone.
