OK guys I've hooked it up as shown and the whole thing seems dead. The
LEDs flash and behave like they should but no sound, not a bit. I've even changed speakers so this whole mess has me confused. Any Ideas?

Your sound unit, along with 100% of all the Benedini sound unit/amp combinations, was fully tested before despatch. If the LED is flashing, there is power to the unit. Check that all the connections are properly made and that you have your receiver and speed controller correctly plugged in. Also you should hear three clicks at the speaker when the LED flashes. Let us know by direct e-mail if you have any further problems.
