I just used a paintscraper tool as it already had a comfortable handle. Cut the blade. I think i went with about 22 mm blade width. If you use milliput it works realy well. Takes a lot of zimmerit. Use a rolling pin and roll out milliput to about 1/16 inch and work into the plates. Have a good bulk supplier of milliput on ebay.
