Jagdpanther locations map.

Post by David Price »

For those who havent been in the Jagd. forum I am trying to locate all the Jagd's across the world. I have a Google map started with a few pins for known model locations. If you have a Jagd. send me an email with the city, country, model #, and current state of build. You can contact me here or use "armortekmap@live.com". Maybe a nice picture too.
You can search "Armortek Jagdpanthers" on Google maps to find it.

Thanks,
David

Denny. I belive I have your Jagd. listed. At the moment Im only working on the jagd. family. Later on I'll start doing all models. I belive others have also started mapping so maybe we can combine them for a master map at some point.

David

How can we locate "the others" and will you let the rest of Armortek club know when you extend it to include all Armortek based models.

I belive Sven Strobbe has started a map for the KT's. Im not sure where he has put it.
I think each model should have its own map in its respective forum. That way if you wanted to see just 88's it would be easy. Just look in the 88 forum.
A master map could be in the main forum.
As far as the Jagd map goes I have located only nine. If people dont come forward it will never be complete. Even with only 35 models maintaining the map with all the "I finished mine, heres a picture, I sold mine" could eat up some time.
I also have an early Tiger and a SDKFZ7 so the next maps will probably be for those models. If someone dosent start it before me.
Like many of us I have a job, wife, kids, etc. Mapping is on my list but I have to do it when everything else is done.
