Old Armortek customer back into modeling

I just wanted to say "Hi!" I bought a mid production Tiger I way back in 2003 and haven't been active with the model until recently. A visit to a local model show reactivated my interest and I have dusted off the old Tiger and am close to having it running. I am looking foreward to getting to know fellow Tiger I owners and hope to meet some of you soon. I will be at the One Sixth Fanatics expo next month.

Welcome back

I will be taking delivery on a late Tiger I in the near future. In the mean time, my Panther has been keeping me busy.

Glad to here you are back to modelling. Its quite a bit of work to put one of these model together and creat a high spec/detailled model. This said it gave me a lot of enjoyment and the model now runs as sweet as a nut. Please post some pictures of the build as it keeps this forum alive - its been very quiet of late.

Welcome back to the forum James. I agree with Allan the new forum has been Quiet for a while . With all these new kits going out . I'm shore they will have issues with them !! Unless Mark is making the new kits to good . lets hope we can pick it up again on the forum . Also I miss Vinces wonderful builds I'm still waiting to see this Panther painted . Dale

Hi Jim,
Glad to hear that you are building again. I also will be restarting my Tiger build soon. After several job relocations it has been real slow going.
Where in Michigan are you located? I recently moved to Taylor, MI.

Nice to see the forum again, I have alot of catching up to do. Need to see more of Vince's pictures.

Just to say, I have just purchased a secound hand Early Tiger One, to add to my ever growing collection of Mid Tiger, German Halftrack, 88mm and 222. But to make room for the new build my Mid Tiger will soon be up for sale at a price which I hope will make someone happy?
