When I click on these videos I get a response from real player which says it needs to download an update. It does this but the computer freezes every time it goes to install this update. Can anyone suggest a solution please?

Allan is it worth downloading quicktime separately http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ installing and then try the links again?

Just right click the links, save to desktop and then play. Easy Peezie and fast
