Hello everyone,
I had a problem getting a taper lock bushing off.Later I found out that the screws were 1/4-20 thrd. I was using a 3mm allen wench.I went out to buy more screws since my wench was loose in the screw.Thats when I found out that they were SAE,and not METRIC.
I had to drill out one screw to remove it from a bushing, when I was removing the sprocket from the shaft.
I don't remember changing the screw size.
Are these parts made in the US ?
Has anyone else had trouble?
Thanks from Dan

Hello Dan
You can get a relacement fron Gill that is the best thing to do.
To install put the Screws in the holes on the left and right. To take apart remove both screws and put one back in the middle and tighten up this will break it off the shaft to remove.

Hi Lee
That part I know,But on the PZ3 I been using a 3mm allen wrench,But I should have used a 1/8 allen wrench,This is why the inside of the screw strip.
So I thought these were metric 6mm x 1.00 pitch x 12mm long. and not sae 1/4-20 x 1/2 long screws.
The 1/4-20 works better that the 6mm.
I don't remember the other models having a problem with wrench size.
Thanks for your input from Dan
