It looks like a heavy transport trailer used to transport large heavy objects over the road. Here are a couple of links:

I took this picture a few years ago,and heard about them from a friend at work.This one is in a yard in Illinios on allen road,and route 20.There's a sign post 20' high with a "A" at the top. I was hoping to see old military vehicles,like a dragon wagon,but they don't.But they had 10 big diggers,Big tires and steering in the middle of it,they were painted military green.

Cool pix Joe, esp the diamond heavy haul. Those are some huge trailers. I like the trailer with the engine (pusher) on the back end. Its like a freight train with engines at both ends.
