Metal MG-42

Post by Fredrik Jorgensen »

Hi guys.
Dropping another post as its getting closer to build start and want to get the items that i want intime :).

I have been looking for a MG-42 for my KT and ive bought Mikes set for the cupola ring but seems to be only MG-32s by Dragon out there on the market.

Im looking for a detailed one in metal with pouch or the drum magazine, pouch preffered for the look and with metal bullets.

Anyone know where i can get one??

Freddie

Hi Fredrik

Forgett the MG42 as you will need a MG34-T instead.

This is what you need:

MG42 was never used this way as it did not have the armoured barrel.
Only seen in museum display or "artistic licence" drawings and never in a ww2 photo (or at least I have never seen one).
Yes, at the back of a JadgTiger one can see them but you are waiting for a KT I have heard...

Cheers
Kent
