Post by yves mouton »

Hello,

Can someone help my how to connect the wires from the 2 actuators ( gun movement )
to the 2 esc modules? The wires have different collors.

Another question, one of the red esc modules wire white/ black and red, the red wire was not connect ( only connect with a crimp )
i found it because it came out of the crimp, so i solder the red wire back together.

Plug the wires in, doesn't matter which way around, if the actuator goes the wrong way then swap the colours over.

Start with red to yellow and black to Blue and see what happens, they are DC motors so no problem with polarity.

The red wire has been cut deliberately as it has been found that when multiple ESCs provide power to the receiver, odd things can happen.

Best to leave it cut and cover the ends with heatshrink as before.

Hello Yves,

I do not know what the maximum power out of the BEC in the ESC.
I know that the power from the older modules (red boxes) is not much, so advisable is to use a separate BEC (5A) to power the receiver.
If u using a separate BEC it would be needed to cut both red wires from the ESC.

Best regards,
