Another week passes

I added Zim although maybe not accurate to cover driver and mg ports I wanted to do it anyway. Covered up the top of the lower hull as well.

I took the zim off I didn’t like it after all. Left it on the deck lid.

I just got some new epoxy putty I want to try for the mantlet. I am concerned that the tile adhesive is too runny for that part of the tank and it’s the main focal point of the tank so it has to be right. The stuff I got is for pool repairs and will harden even underwater.

The turret of the Tiger was built in a different location than the hull, sometimes even the zimmerit had a different pattern.

This project is always waiting it’s a slow burn!

Ok I tried some different zim material but went back to tile adhesive and now it’s almost done....

Finally finished with all the zimmerit.

Mean machine gets meaner...ready for some paint.
