Hi Tim, outstanding meticulous detail, if you did not know it was a model, you would have said they have just rolled it out of the factory

Tim,
The fan shrouds are fantastic. Another top notch addition. Your tank is a museum piece. Thanks for the inspiration - you keep raising the bar!

Hi

I received these from Bob Morey last week and although they have been posted on the forum before, I thought it was worth showing how amazing they are again.

They are fully functional, metal "C" hooks with locking plungers for the swivel-lock. Also in the photos are Bob's "U" hooks. both a great addition to my Panther. Thanks Bob!

As a side note, My spare track links are coming out of the molds nicely and I am waiting on some pins I ordered. When I have enough to put into kits of 12 links, I will gladly offer them to those who are interested for hull-mounted spares. The first ones are a very tough resin and metal ones may or may not follow in the future. I'll post pictures when I have a set completed. Also, deck parts are coming out of the molds well in the same resin. I will be putting together those sets as well by the end of Sept for those interested.

Thanks

Tim

Wonderful model Tim . It was good to talk to you yesterday. Your machine looks so real ..Tim what colour did you use on your tow rope ? Dale.

Hi Dale

Likewise, it was great talking with you. My tow ropes are a work in progress. I was bored one day and decided to add some paint/color to them attempting to match a color I saw in a photo somewhere of a cable on a panzer in a museum. It's not meant to be rust but ended up kinda looking that way. Not there yet but it's better then my black I had before. I'll try again later and I plan on adding a good amount of weathering and coating of Normandy dust to it before its all over. :)

Tim,
The details on the fan gaurd are amazing. I have too look twice to make sure you didn't sneak a photo of a real tank in there. Wow!
