I know what you mean Simon, but every time someone would produce an upgrade part I just could not resist and bought it thinking, I will add that at some point, 10 years passed and I became apathetic! but after seeing your dodgy paint job, NOT  I decided to have anther go. :D

Hi all,

It feels a while since posted anything, the build has been kept pace with my free time, witch hasn't been much

I've been adding detail to the deck and repainting.

I didn't know what to do with this plate, It shouldn't be there for a summer 1943 Early Tiger. I have left it for now. but if it bugs me, it will have to go.

Hi All,

Well its time to start on the turret, and after 10 years of using the blank firer its got a little dirty. In fact I have the gunner on a charge for the state of the barrel
IMG_2134a.JPG
I have also purchased a Breach, I won't name the manufacturer because I am disappointed with the condition of the parts and lack of instructions as to where everything goes, but I will figure it out eventually

Hi All,

Wow is it really nearly 5 months since I last posted.

Well I have started on my Tiger again. With her being the cast turret and I am wanting to add internal detail, I have had to grind the three lugs off the turret wall. I have also painted it in the correct colour.

I have also been building up the kit parts made by Ivano and fitting them, I have also fitted one of John Fitzsimons commanders chairs.

Using David Bryden's turret drawings I can set out where everything should go.
