Hi All,
Finally got round to finishing off my Stowage Brackets and Levers with working chains to keep the firing platform attached to the underside of the trail beams.
Next I want to upgrade my Stowage Shoes.

Hi Paul,
Good to hear from you.
Thanks for your kind words on my upgrades……..Yes well it's all in the details, but next will be a go at the Stowage Shoes. I think I can make something out of the Armorteks Kompact original parts.

Hi Derek,
Thanks for the nice complements, much appreciated, although it has been fairly slow progress upgrading the parts I want to improve on. I put it down to our good weather up here, so much to do outdoors, so little time indoors, but that's all about to change as the "rain" is suppose to be arriving tomorrow! certainly warm enough though!
Perhaps I can get on with my next challenge of creating better looking Stowage Shoes!
However before I make my new shoes, But first I'm in the middle of creating a few drawings to get me inspired?
Cheers
Ian

Hi All,
I had a go at upgrading the 25 PDR Stowage Shoes.
And created some inspirational drawings to go along with the final parts!

Absolutely fantastic! Will you also have a go at foldable deployment arms to attach to the shoe's? That would really be something!
Cheers,
Marcus

Hi Marcus,
Thanks for your nice comments…….
Your one step ahead of me there!……my next upgrading parts is to have a go at making the foldable deployment arms to attach to the shoes into three sections, instead of two!
There is certainly a lot of interesting details, just need to study closely all the reference pics I have on this area and create a few drawings before I make the parts!
Cheers

Hi All,
Well I'm back again with a new challenge of almost completing two sections upgrading the 25 PDR Stowed Locator Beam and Connecting Rods that are linked between the lower carriage and the firing platform.
Just need to finish off the last section of rods that are attached to the stowage shoes on the trail beam.
Cheers
