Its looking magnificent and I love the colour scheme with a nice touch of weathering.
From what I can see I dont think the canvas bag would have had the caunter applied.
These arent caunter but give the idea.

Sorry for the obvious question but do you spray hair spray first then the paint so that it can be washed off in places or another method? Thank you.

Hi Graham, the hair spray is water soluble so as long as your top coat is the same you can rub down through the top coat ( using soapy water), the trick is to apply just enough hair spray, just enough top coat, just enough water, just enough time for the paint not to cure to much and just enough scrubbing pressure to not over do it. Easy as that! Oh the undercoat needs to be a contrasting colour or it won't work.

It's all going back together , all the boxes, covers and ancillary pieces are now painted and weathered. Then I must get on with the Vickers and all its stowage
