Sadly, I have not touched my model in weeks. I have been busy taking advantage of the great weather here to build my panzer play area...the shed is Tamiya German grey.

Haha, none! I got the paint shop to make a gallon of house paint matching a tiny bottle of Tamiya paint.

I got some new paint that is two stage basecoat/clearcoat. Same manufacturer and paint code but the matte coat clearcoat stage is going to be better than my previous procedure of spraying gloss single stage and then sanding it, I was getting tired of that process!

the Matte is definitely better than the shiny gloss. I'd say you've got it nailed.
