Very nice Simon!
Good to see another builder proving what can be done with simple hand tools and a Dremel.

Hi Simon, your muzzle break looks fantastic, superb detail, and I know it took a lot of effort using a dremel bit, but you will have an all metal part that you can be proud of, I can not wait to see it with its tracks on, keep the pictures coming

Simon,
That is an unbelievable job with the Dremel. You are a master - that is really an amazing job. Lots of patience and steady hand. I couldn't have done better with a lathe or mill. Really nice detail.

I second that
If you get a chance, how about a Dremel How To.
Fantastic job Simon

Simon, I can only echo what the other guys have said, very impressive handling of the Dremel, the MB looks like a shining jewel.
Maybe too late but here´s a photo that might be useful;
As you can see, inside the first chamber, there are two rings with six cut outs (for some sort of a spanner) on this "lighter" muzzle brake.
Also at the back (on the extreme left in the photo), on the locking ring, the cut outs (four of them, also for some sort of a spanner) they only go a certain distance not the whole width of the locking ring.
At the front, two cut outs (diagonally) to help screw the MB onto the barrel.
There are also a French drawing that show some of these details but be aware as it contains some errors, se here;

Making those changes with a Dremel must be the modelling equivalent of keyhole surgery
Muchos respect

i got the sudden interest to make the air vent cover,this is how it turned out, some turning first on the lathe,soldering,and wing nuts supplied by steve winston,made of brass and steel from the lump in the photo,regards simon.
