so many thanks for your comments they are always very welcome. Here is a small update with some modified parts of the back side, the idler wheels with the last weldings and the first air intake fotos.

It is time for the next small update. Some weldings at the tow hooks, new rope holders and the first castellated nuts for the idler bearings. Here are some fotos.

thank you for your nice words. Sorry for not answer such a long time, but i am very busy at the moment.
Here are some more photos of the last progress from the rear wall with new parts, weldings at the air intakes and the first test mount of the holders for the exhaust.

thanks for your nice words.
During a happy easter weekend i mad some more parts for the bottom plate, covers, soldered the end plates and milled away the radii from the idler brackets. After this i welded the brackets.

After a long weekend here is a small update with the next steps. The bottom plate got 198 screws and nuts, all covers, 6 distance bolts for the battery tray and the first parts are mounted together. The bolts got safety plates with nuts or castellated nuts for secure all the bolts like the real ones. Also the first chamfers for the welding seams have been prepared.

Here are the next photos of the progress. All return roller housings are mounted also like the brackets for the idler housing. Here i used screws with a rivet head like the real one.

Here comes the next step. Welding seams done, all nuts are primed, all coverplates between the boogies and the end caps are mounted and also primed.
