Hi Phil!
Really nice build!
To be honest, your main beams seem a bit weak to me. But that can also come across incorrectly in the pictures.
Of course I don't know which vehicle you want to transport with it. Real were transported with the Sd.Ah.115 at most to PZII.
The future Hetzer would of course also do very well on the trailer, even if a bit too heavy at "16t". :D
Regards Michael

Hi Michael, the beams that you refer to are just part of the spine, there's more than 5mtrs gone into that already and doubled up to include "u" beams and angle, that's difficult to see in the photos, I can't go into to much detail as this is not an Armortek build. The large "I" beams are yet to be cut out and fitted, they take all the weight. Then there's the bed plank frames that also add support, I would like it to be able to support a Armortek panzer 111 but for now it will be a resin panzer 11 which should arrive friday. 8)
A ten ton capacity wasn't very much, it was built long narrow and slender. When you compare it to a 116 it was light weight I suppose!
Regards Phil.

Kevin I think covid has maybe put a damper on the Antar for now, fingers crossed though, I do have a pair of huge parvalux motors and gearboxes in stock ready to go, that project could take me two years! 8)
Florian I have a sdkfz7 coming sometime soon, the 115 should look excellent being towed by that! 8)

if you're referring to how long it will take to build give me two or three months, the sdkfz7 should be with me early new year maybe, the hetzer would also look very good being towed. Then we can have a look! 8)
Order your hetzer now!

Absolutely love this and the V2 topic, Something from nothing, absolutely wonderful.

Of course if I had them I'd want to display them. 8)

But where? I'd vote for the lounge.

But the wife would want to put a lamp shade on the V2 and some sort of planter on the trailer

Why is life so complicated?

Something for the weekend sir.
