Getting on with the hull. 8) just sorting those beautiful steel tracks with Liam, they will look well cool, can't wait!

The mounting points for the shock absorbers are a mystery. I turned down gutter bolts to make the plugs.

Had to make the fillet template in card ready to transfer to some steel plate

Fitted the radial final drive armoured piece.

Made and fitted the track pin bumpers and added a nice big weathering score as if a loose pin had struck it. These need to be totally functional as one day a rogue pin may need bumping back in.

More progress, I've cut out the final drive armoured fillets, drilled, filed and fitted them. 8)

That's the one, very detailed clear drawings in chronological order of the various production changes of the T1 and T2, and I mean detail. Well worth the bucks if you can find one! 8)

Now on the real thing the mounting bolts would have the nuts on the outside but I would not be able to get to them, so they are now on the inside.

I don't mess around when tapping small parts, I use the quality machine taps and fire them through in just one pass.
