i have a Ivano Engine, they are a work of art and too good to chop, they are a stand alone model in them selves, you need to make an engine compartment that will slot in and out of the tank, so you can enjoy the engine detail when not in use, or a less detailed top half of an engine that can only be seen with the deck hatch open, these mods do enhance the models, regards simon manning.

I have one of Ivano,s engines and can highly recommend them. I have only assembled the MDF frame at the moment and everything fitted together perfectly. As Simon said, I wouldn’t chop the engine in half as it’s to good a product to spoil in this way.
When I get round to assembling the rest of the engine I will post some more details of my build.

One thing that differentiates the P45 from the P30 are the vertical collectors of the exhaust pipes. Here are the main pieces that make them up, only the corrugated pipes are missing. They came out well, I like them, what do you say?

Before placing the drain pipes, I preferred to paint them. Before joining them, check that everything is aligned, check that the false support brackets enter the holes and housings. Also check that the covers have space to slide both above and below. Before gluing, test the entire assembly. Pay attention to the covers, they are thin, therefore a little fragile. Before putting the covers on, put the pipe ends.
