Well she looks right at home, right now! You will find that the idler adjustment is at or nr "max out" due to the addition of the extra track pieces, so you will need to remove one each side as the tracks bed in after being cleaned. I used wd40 to push the water out the track pin contact areas (a whole can in fact) this will evaporate away in time so maybe keep off the dusty grit for a bit
That transit damage to the fender, as Bob said, look authentic so maybe leave it as is. It's all character I suppose!
