Hello
Latest tests results
Power supply
5V at 3pin side (receiver) and 25.5, at amplifier entry(Power module)
Programmation works well :correct séquence of fast place Green blinking, then solid when teaching button pressed, and back to fast place after set up.
0v at speaker entry
Si it seems trully to be an issue of sound module
Last question
do i need to teach the sound card what it has to do /play, in addition of the set up given in armortek manual ?

If no beep when enterering programming mode and no sounds heard during the process and speakers proved serviceable then definitely looks like a problem with the sound module. Possibly a bad solder connection on the volume control knob or a defective volume control. I would say your next step is to contact Armortek and send it in for investigation.

Yep, seems it is the last solution
in fact i have to send back 2 sound modules as the 2 i have have same issue.:-(
i will try to get in touch with them on next monday
