Hi Phil,
Wow you have one hec of a Tiger 1 there, ur eyes and skills to get the details correct are amazing me like.
Just one thing....those flaps are not flappers in constant use as they are check valves only in use during (Tauch) submerging.
Normaly they was pinned down in open position.
http://tiger1.info/EN/Dragon-mufflers.html
But they do look good in the You Tube clip.
Keep the saga comming the Tiger will be awesome.
Kind regards
Kent

Praise indeed from the master, thank you Kent! I'm working on the track pulling rope right now and thats challenging.
Now this Tiger will be for sale at some point but will be for the connoisseur, sold with or without the frightening 12 gauge blank firing device, also with the steel tracks or the standard variety.....so many choices!
Px always welcome.

Phil, the smoke and sound look phenomenal (er would that be Philnominal -

) - Great work indeed. The smoke puffing and chugging is really realistic. I like the flapper valve function as well.
Best regards,
Bob

Thank you Frank that's much appreciated. When it's finished I hope that in the right light and setting it will look just like the real thing!

"Just about done but for the tiny holes on the vertical face equally spaced all the way round, don't know what they are for?"
They are drainage holes. Without them, the cupola would hold quite a bit of water, covering the hatch, providing a very unpleasant surprise when opening...
