Hi all,
Just a heads up for anyone upgrading the Early Tiger one with the three part sprockets. I had always known that my tigers sprockets had been catching on the drive housing, but laziness stopped me from rectifying it until now
When I have tried to fit the new sprockets they wouldn't turn so I had to investigate! I looked at the original one piece sprocket and straight away saw the problem.

- Original one piece sprocket with grove where it been catching
So I took the drive housing off and reassembled it on the bench so I could check that was all. as you can see the are bolts are also catching.

- New three piece sprockets with added bolts

- drive housing
So I filled (yes filled by hand, no milling machine here) the extra detail off, checking there was enough material so as not to file through to the drive itself.

- Extra moulding filled away
There is just enough clearance now with the bolts filled down

- Bolts filled down and we now have now clearance issues
Paul.
