Boy it's warm in the workshop today, the engine is a tight fit but is starting to take shape. 8)

The pulley and idler came out good. How did you simulate the flat belt?

Your cading is brilliant my friend! The belt is just plasticard until I can find a suitable vee belt, I wonder if printed very thin it would be flexible enough ?
When it's painted black it should look really convincing.

I tend to make lots of these sub units as it all needs to come apart or you would never be able to remove the false floor.

Phil

Is this OK for the exhaust manifold before I make a mirror copy for the other side?

I made them with a smooth transition from square section to circular section. I sent you an image with the transition having a flange but it seemed to rough on the eye. If you really want it with the flange hopefully I can go back and add it.
I made the drawing as close as possible to your sketch but I have a gut feeling that there is something wrong.

That looks very nice indeed, I did like the top flange as you can see it when you lift the radiator, and it breaks up the long run.
Let's give it a go! 8) I have another two hours on the blast deflection plate then that's all four quarters done, then I will print them out.

The only thing that might not be the same as the 1/1 is the outlet distances of each port, they look more equally spaced on this photo but that doesn't mean the headers followed the openings, they may have been angled?

Are you sure you have enough vertical space to fit it to Ivano's engine?
