Hi Marco,
here are some photos of the tracks and the exhaust and the procedure of making the rust for my Tiger 1.
After using the different types of pigments you have to fix it with a so called "fixer". You have to do this with several layers.
Start with the dark pigments and after this take the brighter ones.
Afterwards the end of the exhausts are painted in flat black with air brush.

Excellent, I'm pretty oke creating rust myself, actually it even is loads of fun! But the fixer is most likely what created that GREAT texture, thanks!

you are absolut right. That's the same construction like in the Tiger1.

Hallo Rolf,
die Lagertiefe ist genau richtig, weil die Schrauben mit den Scheiben das Lager festhalten müssen - obwohl es eingeklebt ist. Hier ist die ganze axiale Kraft die das Rohr ausübt aufzunehmen.

Long time ago, since the last update, but i had some problems with the final drive.
But here are the next photos of the barrel adjustment with paint and motor.
Also new is the turret with some weathering for the first time - more to come.....
