2025 ARMORTEK KIT SURVEY

Over the last few years we have brought out a whole series of kits as a direct result of your feedback - kits like the Pershing, JagdPanther, Hetzer, Leopard 2A4, and more recently the Sd Kfz 7, 88mm Flak 36 and the upcoming Challenger 2.

So, in keeping with what has become and annual tradition, here is your opportunity to once again influence our future production plans.

We have added in some "guide pricing" next to the names of the models. This is a rough estimate of the price at the current rates.

Thanks in advance for your input and we look forward to the results.

good work Adrian, the colour was great, the texture looked right, not to much, with the right background it would be very convincing it's not a model, doug had a very nice set of photo's of the tiger , it would be good to see all the old gallery stuff again, regards simon.

Hi All,

Well in between painting the bathroom and Kitchen, I've been busy adding the extra detail to the turret roof and cupola. I have added Steve Winstons smoke discharges, added the 8 indents for the roof beams. I have covered the re-bait at the bottom of the cupola which I think replicates the original quite well, and I have drilled the drain holes and added some welds.

Has anyone got any photos or drawings of the smoke cartridges used for the tiger 1? it would be nice to know what the transit case looked like if possible?

Thanks in advance.

Paul.

Hi Paul,

Some really nice detailed work going on with your tiger rebuild, I am taking notes all the time even if I am a long way from starting on the turret.

Regards

David

Thanks Phil, you have enough to do with your FlakPanther.

Thanks Simon, yes that is part of what I wanted, its a great start. I just need a photo of the transit case. It looks a good book that.

Hi David,

looking at the speed you are going with the Hull roof, it wont be long before you are working on the turret 8)

Hi all,

I have finished the outside of the cupola and the roof, it is all painted and I am now going back to the internal detail and starting with the cupola vision blocks made by John Fitzsimons. Johns vision blocks are just the block, so I still have the shoulder pads to make and fit in. they are very nicely made and as they are so good why make them yourself :D .

Hi Paul  ,

Zeppelin and the Franziskaner seemed to be a perefct match.

Its allways a pleasure to see your progress and small details added, wow !

I tried it with Slade and Reissdorf and could make the missing loom for my Porsche Turret

Keep the pics comming,

Thanks for the support guys, I am glad you like it and I am hoping it will help people see what a novice can do with the parts supplied by our great craftsman market.

Having just been re-chipped, I have just realised that I couldn't get away with saying that at work. It would have to be ( crafts-persons area or arena in which commercial dealings are conducted)!
