Coming back to the tank with some chipping and a little bit rust on the reserve tracks - a little bit much at the moment but this will be corrected.

The realism on photo # 0590 (the one with the mudguard) cannot be topped, every millimeter is fascinating to stare at !!
Cheers, Andre

Hi Robert and Andre,
thanks for the compliments!! Here are some more fotos of the rust reduced spare tracks and the exhaust with some soot on the tube.
The next fotos are now with the first layer of weathering.

Hi Martin,
this technique with the rusty powders is new to me ... will you share your secret and tell me, what kind of powder this is and how to apply ??
Best regards, Andre

Martin.
I stand up and have my hat in my hand, when I look at the pictures of your Pz IV.
Down to the smallest detail, you have succeeded with this build.
Martin you are a great inspiration, to me.

Hi Andre, Robert and Simon,
thanks for the very nice words!!
Now the springs are done for the fenders and all the weathering of the hull.
Slowly it looks like a Panzer IV. The turret is the next part with all mechanic for recoil and hight adjustment of the cannon.

Hi Derek,
thank you for your compliment. Here are a small update of the modification of the muzzle brake. The brake got a sleeve to make the diameter bigger than the cannon tube and also a chamfer with grooves to simulate the locknut from real tanks.
