Re: Phils Famo build
Hi Phil,
The beast is growing up, verry fast.
looking verry nice. I have seen a little construction problem, at the front Brakes of the mudged. You can't fix 2 screws.... I show the problem and my solution later in my Building Blog...
Die you even see the problem Phil?

I need to get the engine and gearbox out the way so I have made a start, there's along ways to go yet! You build an engine then you cut 1/3 off the crank and sump.

Re: Phils Famo build
Looks realy great Phil,
looking forward to see how many space you have after, installation from the speaker. Could you make me an engine dummy too?
The mudged problem... have a look at part nr.: CS0344. The back side is no matter. The front side, you but the screw into the hole, butt you can't fix the nut. I'll take a M4 and make a thread into. Bevore I fix the part CS0344 on the frame.
regards
Florian

Re: Phils Famo build
I had a 1953 Morris minor with "flip up side cators" as Steve Coogen used to call them, basically it's an electro magnet that pulls on a simple cam that lifts the arm with a yellow illuminated marker on the end, I don't think I will install a pair on this build but it would be interesting to see one on florians build
….Phil.
