Does anyone have any Idea where a 5 x 40 Ross Monocular Gun Sight, Pattern 379 would be used.
It is a hefty bit of kit with what looks like a headrest to the 'gunner 'k to sight through.
It was given to me and I'd like to find out what it was used in, and what it may be worth.
