Trying to solve this puzzle of a recently purchased Early Tiger I first production run (2002). My kit was not organized well when purchased. I have parts that do not match the assembly instructions. Armortek updates that were provided after the initial purchase were also included.
My first hurdle is: I have spacers A-C parts listed as CE2017, CE2015 and CE2010 that do not match the diagrams in the assembly instructions. Nor do they look like anything pictured here on the forum. See pictures. It looks like they may be from another AT model? Looking for any expertise on these spacers.
Second: I have instructions for motor mount upgrade from AT. However, the motor mount template is missing. Are there any surviving motor mount templates? I would like to borrow and return?
Third: Missing the brass idler bearing and nut. Part #'s CE0310 and CE0313. I have anxiously been awaiting a return email from AT on these requested parts.
Looking forward to chatting with anyone who has a 22+ year history on this version of the early Tiger I.
Dan

Re: Early Tiger I (02) Suspension advice parts needed
Hi Dan.
I've sent you an email with pictures which show which spacers/end caps go with which packs.
The larger spacers have been machined to increase the clearance between the spacer and the wheels either side, as the wheels on these early Tiger kits could rub against the spacers and end up rotating in the wrong direction.
Adrian.
