I then used a straight rod laying across all the wheels and seated in the track slots… pushing the rod up to the loosely fitted sprocket I could get it to indicate the precise location for the sprocket and whilst holding it in position tightened the grub screws equally ..
Sprocket spot on and actually 23mm out from the drive case
- Rod up against the sprocket
- Rod sitting in tyre slots
