Fredrik,
I hope you are kidding about the "c" word but if not, I hope your treatment goes well. Wow thats a bit sobering to hear and see that on this forum. No matter where in the world we are, we are all vulnerable to illness.

I wish you all the best my friend.

Kind regards
Bob

That is shocking news to hear and I truly hope the medics have caught it in time to cure it.

All the best with your treatment and you can be sure that we are all hoping you can make a full recovery.

As they have discovered spots on the lungs i dont know how serious it is yet, but smoking is not an option anymore. So i hope its just a minor c word.
And they docs can do something about it but its depressing still.
And thanks for the supporting words gents.

I'm not being naive to advise you this - the chances of having treatments that will make your life better and longer have never been better. As an example, my wife was diagnosed with a 'c' in July 2007 and then with a 5% chance of living to December 2007. After treatment she is still here, living a good life, apparently in remission.

So take your time to finish that next Tiger, and also look forward to many others to come. And save that money from smoking - put it towards tank add-ons!

Hi Freddie.
Don't worry i think i speak for all of us when i say that your posting puts the whole thing in perspective, we are all only involved in a hobby when all is said and done... but life continues with all its ups and downs, and i would like to add my sincere hopes for your full recovery and many long years of model building in the future.
Best regards and wishes Paul.
