Another month has gone by since I did any work to the quad, so this week I looked for some small details to add before I finish putting it together, made and fitted the side lights, a little over size but was restricted by the size of the bulbs, also made the dashboard lamp, I wanted the bulkhead lamp to work and found is easier to make a new one out of brass,

It has been a few months since I worked on the quad, reorganised the electronic bay, charging made easier, and battery monitoring via rear door, made and fitted steel rear mudguards, also made and fitted the fuel can carriers, just some trim to add
Thinking of selling the quad, full options with futaba tx and charger, any interest pm me

Bit more work on the quad, made a working tow hook, copied William Gardeniers, it’s a good design and easy to do, the lighting uses 12v bulbs and I wanted a separate battery, (3S lipo) fitted in the front on the fire wall and a manual switch on the dashboard, to make charging easy I hinged the bonnet

Finished the gutters using brass angle riveted on, made the latch plates for the storage bins, and made the rifle racks from steel brass and copper, these will be bolted on, not a fan of glued on white metal, it invariably breaks or drops off
