To follow up with this post for a supplier of small castellated nuts I wanted to second Gian Marco Menozzi 's
mention of Jürgen Stehr. I've dealt with him and his predecessor Jochen Maier since the mid 1970s.

Jürgen's line up of castellated nuts, while certainly not inexpensive are quite good and steel.

I just received my last order of these earlier this morning. As always I'm pleased.

Here's a photo of some of the sizes and types available, the largest here is 4mm.
