SDKFZ 222 Stowage Bins.

Post by tim catton »

Hello all,

I have now completed my first set of accessories for the Sdkfz 222.
These are the Large stowage bin that hangs from the side of the vehicle.
The angled stowage bin that fits between the large bin and the rear wheel arch.
The small lower escape door bins.
The Four-Gerry can holder on the front of the vehicle, and wooden storage box.
Small wooden ammunition box.

The storage boxes are made of zinc with working metal spring clips, functioning doors and draws.

The wooden ammunition crate has comb joints as original.

I will make these to order, individually, or as a set.

The cost for each item is as follows:

Large stowage bin £150.00
Angled stowage bin £50.00
Small lower escape door bin £50.00 each.
Four-Gerry can holder and crate £40.00
Small wooden ammunition box £25.00

If you are interested in any of the above items, or any of the other tank accessories that I make, please contact me at – tim.catton@epr.co.uk
or phone on 07757264313

Beautiful work Tim, and nicely detailed - maybe I can find room for them on my Tiger? :)

Really nice work Tim. But made from zinc? I have never heard of sheet zinc. Tin perhaps? Fantastic work anyway.

To all:

I've just received Tim Catton's large stowage bin for my SdKfz 222,
and must say how superbly it's made, an excellent bin, and will look good on my 222.

Cheers
