Is this minimum of 200 for each size, or a combination of all three?

I guess the M2.5 x 32 HEX HEAD bolts will be for the steel wheel to replace the pan head screws. If that is the case than it will be a marked upgrade. I had to fabricate mine myself as that size is "unobtainium".

Which model are these for or are they just for general use where ever a non hex head 2.5mm just won't do?

I swapped out out plain Jane screws with proportional head heads on my M3 where they were visible
an had a impact on appearance.

We are placing the order for the Tiger1, but the fasteners can be for any model where, as you say, "non hex head 2.5mm just won't do"

What's the spanner width and height of the heads?
A little too much is about right...

They should be made to DIN933 (although the longer one will not be all thread)
Head height approx 2mm, width across faces approx 5mm
But, not checked on what their tolerances are.

I’m interested to order. Where do these go on the Tiger I and how many of each size are required for one model?

For those that asked - below are the quantities needed per kit.

PLEASE NOTE - the 2021 Tiger 1 is already coming with these fasteners, so no need to order them unless you require more.

FASTENER2019 KING TIGER2020 JAGDTIGER2021 TIGER 1*
M2.5 x 12 HEX HEAD72 ON SPROCKET72 ON SPROCKET40 ON SPROCKET, 504 ON ROAD WHEELS. TOTAL 544
M2.5 x 16 HEX HEAD--240 ON ROAD WHEELS
M2.5 x 32 HEX HEAD270 ON ROAD WHEELS270 ON ROAD WHEELS120 ON ROAD WHEELS

* NOTE: 2021 Tiger 1 has etched tabs and fasteners on the inside face of the roadwheel pairs and therefore needs more etched tabs and M2.5x12 hex heads. Older Tiger 1's would require 72 less hex heads.

Can anyone post a pic of the difference between the KT/JT wheel assembly and the Tiger I steel wheel assembly? I thought the actual vehicles shared the same (or very similar) wheels? Just trying to understand why the models require different quantities of screws.

The numbers above are not *all* the fasteners on the wheels - they are merely the number of these three types of hex bolts.
