Tiger 1 Filling caps coolant

Hello I am perplexed when I look at blueprints and pic's of late Tiger one.
I have a problem, can not find facts about a thing on a late Tiger. The problem is the rectangles under the cooling plugs. When I look at drawings, I see that there should be rectangles on both sides. But when I study pictures, I see that only the right side has a rectangle. The left side is round.
This is clearly seen on the Tiger in Saumur. I think the Tiger in Muster have it round on bothe sides.
Can you please help me if you can, I build a late Tiger.

this is down to different casting batches, some had round which was the earlier variant the later has a rectangle there is no rules to what was fitted it was more what was available, its also difficult to see these parts on war time pictures.
