Progress on the building so far, alot more to do yet. I'm going to put side skirts down the sides and around the turret, numbers and Insignias and the electrical system and alot more body work. Just thought you'd all like to see.
Hello David . Boy that was Quick!!! .. Looks good.. Dave Don't forget to turn your tracks around the other way , they are on back to front the split pins should also face out ... Dale
A very nice model, I am sure it will look great with the additional side plates fitted. Is the model on blocks or is that the ride height without the loading of the motors and batteries. I fear it may be a little too high.
Hi on the upper mounting the pin that holds shock in place is a 4mm pin?
is this corect? I ask because on mine this pin is small. The hole is 5mm in dia. I may be able to use a 3/16 dia dowel pin in place of the 4mm.
Can you help on this,I wonder how other kits were made. Dan
Dan - I've just checked mine and got the same result ie 4mm dia pins but 5mm dia holes in the Shock Top Bracket. Maybe I'll use the shank of a 5mm bolt epoxied in. One for Mark to note for the next run? Regards. Stephen
