interesting - I emailed earlier this year to renew my membership/insurance and never got a reply. Assumed there might be some issue.....?

The web site is broken and being paid for by someone who does not appear to be contactable. Obviously, the hosting co won't give access without their consent. I did volunteer to try and repair and revitalise it, but without access it's dead in the water. Shame, as there's a lot of good information on there about all sorts of models.

At the AGM last year, pretty much everyone wanted to resign their posts so I'm actually surprised it continued on this year.

That's sad to hear Adrian, especially in view of the added value of liability insurance.

SAG, Southern Armour Group, display every fortnight at Bovington and various events throughout the year, they also provide public liability insurance, they are open to all scales and all brands of model tanks and trucks.
SAG are on Facebook but don't have a websight.

The BMFA also provide insurance if obtaining insurance from them state you require non flying model insurance
