Torsion Bar Suspension. 2019 King Tiger Build

Hello everybody, Tom from Michigan,

I have a question and the reason for the question is I noticed that all of the CK 0212 (Fixed End 5.5) does not bottom out when inserted into the Suspension Bar (CK 0105). Should I de-burr the partially drilled holes so that all of the CK 0212 goes in all the way until flush against the inside wall of the Suspension Bar and that way when I tighten down the M6X12 Cap Head screw it will meet the surface of the CK 0212 ?

Hi Tom, sorry I missed your email.
The fixed end (CK0212 and CK0213) should be seated all the way in the milled out pockets of the suspension bars (CK0105).
If they do not then you may need to clean the burrs around the grub screw threads on the fixed ends.
